Personal Care Assistant (PCA)rTriibe is seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support pupils within school settings, including mainstream and SEN environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 or small group personal care support to pupilsAssist with toileting, changing, feeding, and mobility needsSupport pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN and SEMHPromote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all timesWork closely with teachers and SENCOs to support individual care plansEnsure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followedRequirements:Previous experience in a care or school-based support roleComfortable providing personal carePatient, empathetic, and professional approachStrong communication skillsEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Relevant care or childcare qualification (desirable but not essential)If you are dedicated to supporting young people and making a real difference, apply and join the rTriibe community.
