Key Duties/Tasks: Technical skills including Payroll System experience & excel skillsYou will get an opportunity to work on bureau/umbrella payrollDriving deadlines and check payroll of the more junior team membersSupport the busy payroll department high volume starters and leavers Experience dealing with multiple payrolls of varying shift patternsMust have very strong Excel (VLookUps/Pivot Tables)High volume, fast pacedUsing Sage 50 payroll systemDelve into international payroll and UK payroll Provide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queriesEnsuring all necessary payments are made within the deadlines set, for example Reconciliations.Opportunity to get involved with significant payroll projectsManual calculations Desirable skills and attributes: 3+ years payroll experience ideally Previous payroll experience in a fast paced and high-volume environment in industries such as recruitment payrollBureau/umbrella payroll experience preferredA keen eye for detailEnjoy working within a teamMotivated to progress to managementSupervisory experience advantageousExcellent communicator as you will be answering queriesConfident with ExcelSage 50 payroll system experience ideallyCIPP advantageous not essential Benefits Employer matched pensionparkin
