You'll be responsible for processing starters and leavers, managing payroll queries, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations, and supporting monthly reporting and reconciliation. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a wide range of payroll activities and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements.Key responsibilities include: Processing payroll data including starters, leavers, bonuses, commissions, pensions, and statutory paymentsManaging payroll queries with professionalism and clarityEnsuring compliance with payroll legislation and auto-enrolment requirementsAdministering childcare schemes and producing related reportsSupporting month-end processes including RTI submissions and budget reportingCollaborating with finance and HR teams to ensure smooth payroll operations What you'll need to succeed CIPP qualificationPrevious UK Payroll ExperienceExperience with SAP and/or Workday (desirable)Knowledge of auto-enrolment processesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProactive and self-motivated approach What you'll get in return You'll be joining a collaborative and inclusive team within a company that values its people and invests in their development.
