The role will be responsible for the full end to end payroll processing for the UK business. Key duties of the position will include: Mentor and manage a small payroll team; 1-2-1, KPIs, payroll cover, training and developmentRun the full end to end monthly payroll cycleContinually review and assess payroll processes, ensuring streamlining and efficiencies are up to dateManage and resolve escalated payroll issues and queries with internal and external stakeholdersProduce and develop payroll reporting for senior managementUndertake payroll account reconciliationsLead the payroll year end for statutory, audit and compliance requirements The successful candidate, will have the following skills and experience: A highly proficient payroll specialistUp to date knowledge of UK payroll legislationPrior experience of managing staffFull end to end hands on payroll processing experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience of implementing and developing payroll systemsLarge volume payroll experienceCIPP part or fully qualified would be preferred The company offer an excellent array of benefits including a competitive annual holiday allowance and salary, company discounts, pension and hybrid working.
