Your insights will help shape the future of payroll processes, bridging the gap between the operational payroll team, People Systems, and external providers. Together, we'll create a seamless payroll experience for all employees. Key Responsibilities: Elicit & Document Requirements: Gather and validate payroll business requirements, ensuring they translate into effective designs with clear acceptance criteria.User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Design, script, and execute UAT, including end-to-end parallel runs. Capture defects, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate fixes.Data Migration & Reconciliation: Support the migration of employee master data and pay elements, maintaining thorough audit trails.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to HMRC regulations and company policies, contributing to process mapping and control documentation.Collaboration & Training: Work closely with various teams (People Systems, Payroll, Reward, Finance) to manage impacts and contribute to knowledge transfer and training materials.Cutover Planning: Support cutover planning and post-go-live hypercare, tracking KPIs and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
