The business operates in a fast-paced, start-up environment and is scaling quickly, making this a great opportunity for someone early in their implementation career who already has solid hands-on experience and is keen to grow. This role focuses on end-to-end payroll software implementations, working closely with clients throughout the full lifecycle — from discovery through to go-live. You’ll be client-facing, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple payroll implementation projects in parallel, ensuring successful and timely go-lives.Own end-to-end delivery including timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.Work closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.Support payroll data management, migration, validation, and testing.Configure and adapt the platform to meet client-specific requirements while maintaining scalable solutions.Build reports and dashboards to support client visibility post-implementation.Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, balancing approachability with the confidence to challenge where needed.
