Payroll Implementation Consultant Global SaaS Platform Fully Remote (UK) Up to £55k JGA Recruitment are supporting a global SaaS organization in their search for a Payroll Implementation Consultant. As the Payroll Implementation Consultant you'll be responsible for requirement gathering, delivering training and client management across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of HR and payroll implementation projects from initiation to completion.Deliver engaging training sessions and create supporting learning content.Educate clients on best practices in HR and payroll processing.Respond promptly to client queries and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across project and business management systems.Collaborate with internal teams (Payroll, HR, Customer Success, Support, Sales, Product) to deliver excellent customer outcomes.Continuously review and improve delivery processes to enhance the client experience.Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to colleagues as needed. Experience 3–5 years of client-facing training or implementation experience in HR or payroll.Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects concurrently. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong stakeholder management, both internal and external.Highly organised, dependable, and skilled at time management.Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.Experience creating training materials and user documentation is highly desirable. <b
