<p><strong>Title</strong>: Sr Payroll Analyst<p><strong>Location</strong>: FULLY REMOTE (EST)<p><strong>Pay</strong>: $30 - $40 an hour<p>A highly reputable organization is looking for a Sr Payroll Analyst to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to multi state payroll processing and reporting, utilizing Deltek Costpoint payroll software, and much more!<p><strong><u>Job Description:</u></strong></p><ul><li><span style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">Processes timely and accurate payroll in accordance with all regulatory and reporting requirements.</span></li></ul><p><span style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">• Performs wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities, including, but not limited to, computing wages and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing manuals, wage garnishments, and processing new hires, leaves of absence, and terminations.</span><p><span style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">• Responds to payroll inquiries of varying complexity.</span><p><span style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">• Ensures payroll is posted to correct accounting general ledger accounts</span><p><span style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">• Works closely with Human Resources (HR) to assure accuracy of employee personal information and benefits</span><p><span style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">• Researches, gathers and provides information regarding internal and external payroll related questions, problems and audit issues</span><p><span style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">• Maintains current knowledge of applicable state and federal wage and hour laws</span><p><span style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">• Processes terminations, calculating and preparing final paychecks in accordance with various state laws</span><p><span style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">• Accurately and timely reconciles quarterly and annual state and federal tax reports</span><p><span style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">• Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies</span><p><span style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">• Month end closing payroll account reconciliations and requirements</span><p><span style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">• Actively support the advancement of organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and apply diversity, equity, and inclusion lens across job responsibilities.</span><p><span style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">• Additional duties may be assigned as needed</span><p><h2><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></h2><ul><li>MUST HAVE Multi State Payroll Processing (10-50 states required)</li><li>MUST HAVE Deltek Costpoint experience (3+ years)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Bachelors Degree</li></ul><p><strong><u>Benefits</u></strong>:</p><ul><li>Great benefits package</li><li>Work life balance</li><li>Clear career growth path</li></ul><p><strong>***INTERVIEWS</strong><p><strong>HAPPENING THIS WEEK***</strong><p><h1>This position is moving extremely fast as this is an urgent need for the client.
