About
Key Responsibilities
You will handle the dual responsibilities of accounting and payroll:
- Accounting: Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts , assist with
year-end statements , perform bank/debtor/creditor reconciliations , maintain
bookkeeping records (using Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage) , and prepare VAT returns and Revenue filings. - Payroll: Manage the end-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls using Sage Payroll and BrightPay.
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment/tax laws , submit payroll returns (PSR's) , and handle all client payroll queries.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Accounting Technician (ATI) with 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of Irish payroll is essential.
- Proficient in both accounts and payroll software.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An IPASS payroll qualification is an advantage
