Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Landscaper and paver to join our team, responsible for transforming outdoor spaces through high-quality landscaping work. The role involves soft and hard landscaping, including turfing, paving, fencing, planting, decking, and general garden construction. The ideal candidate should have experience in groundwork, be able to operate landscaping tools and machinery, and ensure projects are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:1. Hard Landscaping:

• Install patios, driveways, pathways, and block paving.
• Construct decking, retaining walls, pergolas, and fencing.
• Carry out excavation, site preparation, and drainage solutions.
• Lay concrete bases for sheds, garden rooms, and outdoor structures.

2. Soft Landscaping:

• Prepare and lay real turf or artificial grass.
• Carry out planting, mulching, and soil preparation.
• Install flower beds, garden borders, and decorative features.

3. Site Work & Maintenance:

• Use machinery such as diggers, compactors, and saws for groundwork.
• Ensure proper waste removal, recycling, and site cleanup.
• Carry out basic repairs and maintenance on completed landscaping projects.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping, groundwork, or garden construction.
• Ability to read and follow landscaping plans and designs.
• Skilled in using power tools, hand tools, and landscaping machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high-quality standards.
• Physical fitness to handle manual labor, heavy lifting, and outdoor work.
• A valid driving license (preferred, but not always required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £150.00-£260.00 per day
