As a Patient Administrator at our Manchester Institute of Health and Performance, you’re able to manage, appraise and interpret the data. What’s more, you know how to present this promptly and professionally. Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, but this isn’t essential. As a Patient Services Administrator, you will: Handle enquiries and general queries. Will be required to greet and attend patients for appointments, making sure all patient information is correct Deal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs and secretaries Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work Maintain databases Provide a range of secretarial services and diary management Previous Healthcare Admin experience will be an advantage.
