PAS Business Analyst / Consultant An NHS Trust in the South East is preparing for a significant Electronic Patient Record (EPR) transformation and we’re looking for an experienced PAS Business Analyst with hands-on PAS workflow management expertise to play a key role in their EPR Readiness Programme. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead a comprehensive review of the Trust’s long-standing PAS, mapping current processes, uncovering variations, identifying risks, and ensuring the organisation is fully prepared for a safe and successful PAS/EPR replacement. What you’ll do:? Deliver a structured "as-is" review of all PAS workflows across multiple clinical divisions? Map end-to-end processes including referrals, ADT, scheduling, RTT pathways and coding? Identify workarounds, risks, inconsistencies and data-quality issues? Assess devices, technical environments and specialty-specific requirements? Provide crucial input into future-state PAS/EPR design, training needs and benefits work What you’ll bring:?? Extensive PAS experience in an acute NHS or large healthcare setting?? Preferably a background as PAS Manager, Senior PAS Lead or equivalent?? Strong business analysis and process mapping skills?? Ability to engage confidently with clinical, administrative and digital stakeholders?? Excellent documentation, communication and problem-solving abilities Desirable:Experience with major PAS solutions, involvement in PAS/EPR replacement programmes, strong knowledge of NHS data standards, RTT and performance reporting.
