Job Title: Parts Manager Location: Ripon We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join an established team as a Parts Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of organisation and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and distribute workload to maximise parts sales.Maintain a commercial approach to stock quality and quantities.Lead and manage a small team, fostering development and motivation.Execute parts processes and ensure the department and its surroundings are clean, safe, and well-organised.Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to achieve best cost pricing and maintain strong relationships.Manage warranty and return claims within required timeframes to secure maximum credits.Ensure branch performance targets are met and continuously improve departmental efficiency.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations. Skills & Qualifications: Ideally, an agricultural background or knowledge of agricultural machinery.3–5 years’ experience in the parts business.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to analyse and interpret internal reports.Proficiency in standard computer applications and internet functions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when required.
