Your expertise in identifying and ordering the correct parts will help serve both internal and external customers, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service.You will drive growth in all aspects of the parts business through direct selling, leveraging your knowledge of our stock, available products, and competitor offerings. Routine stock checks, proactive customer follow-ups, and strong relationships with suppliers and drivers will be integral to your success.The main duties of the role include:Liaise with customers both on the telephone and face to face, assisting to identify and source partsEnsure parts are correctly ordered to specification and checked on arrivalFollow up with customers on the progress of parts and pricesMaintain a tidy Parts department and workstationConducting stock checks, maintaining accurate inventory, and proactively managing stock levels.YOUR PROFILE.Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, preferably in a franchised motor-trade environment.Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.Proficiency in using Kerridge/Drive and ETK systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be eligibl
