The role is key to supporting the workshop and service team by ensuring accurate parts supply, stock control and excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, order and supply vehicle parts and accessories accuratelySupport workshop technicians by ensuring timely availability of partsDeal with trade and retail customers face-to-face and by phoneProcess parts invoices, returns and warranty claimsMaintain accurate stock records and carry out regular stock checksUse electronic parts catalogues and dealer management systemsUpsell parts and accessories where appropriateMaintain a clean and organised parts departmentThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience as a Parts Advisor (automotive background preferred)Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and parts cataloguesExcellent communication and customer service skillsWell organised with strong attention to detailConfident working in a fast-paced environmentGood IT skills and experience using DMS systemsFull UK driving licence (preferred)
