Using your product knowledge, you’ll identify and order parts accurately, provide excellent customer service, and help drive parts sales. Stock checks, customer follow-ups, and strong supplier relationships will be key to your success.The main duties of the role include:· Assist customers in person and by phone to identify and source parts· Order parts to specification and check deliveries· Follow up on order progress and pricing· Process invoices accurately and handle customer payments· Conduct stock checks and manage inventory levelsYOUR PROFILE.· Experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally in a motor-trade environment· Strong customer service and communication skills· Proficient with Kerridge/Drive and ETK· Eligible to work in the UKABOUT US.Hedin Automotive is a well-established BMW & MINI franchise with state-of-the-art centres across North London, East London, and Kent.
