Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, suppliers and partners across Poland and selected global markets like the U.S., Singapore, Switzerland or London.Support the Commercial Director in maintaining a list of Identified and qualified target accounts using profiling tools and research methods.Create briefs for internal subject matter experts, marketing, recruitment, or account management to support bids and proposals.Work with marketing and suppliers to support the management of multi-channel outreach campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn) to engage with decision-makers.Understand which events qualified prospects attend (e.g., networking breakfasts, webinars, dinners) and assist in gaining visibility at these events.Attend occasional trade events, seminars, and exhibitions to network and raise brand awareness.Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM and report on account activity weekly.Participate in regular (mostly virtual) sales and/or marketing meetings to update on lead generation progress, SEO, editorial content, account management, and account development.
