I"m looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to build, launch, and manage our presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat. The company is a non-profit looking to build awareness and drive engagement. This role is for someone who thrives on storytelling, knows how to make content pop across platforms, and can take one piece of content and spin it into multiple high-performing formats. You’ll own the strategy and day-to-day execution of our social channels, working closely with marketing, content, and design to amplify our voice, grow our community, and keep us ahead of the algorithm. What You’ll Do Channel Set-up & Optimization Launch and optimize accounts on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat. Ensure channels are on-brand with cohesive visuals, bios, tags, and keyword optimization. Build and maintain a content calendar tailored to each platform. Content Strategy & Creation Repurpose existing assets (video, photos) into platform-native content. Develop short-form and snackable content (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Snaps) with hooks that stop the scroll. Write engaging, on-trend copy with strong CTAs, hashtags, and SEO optimization. Community Growth & Engagement Monitor, respond, and engage with comments, DMs, and tags in brand voice. Build relationships with followers, creators, and micro-influencers. Spot and jump on emerging trends, sounds, and memes to keep content fresh. Performance & Analytics Track KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, conversions). Report weekly/monthly insights with recommendations to improve performance. Use A/B testing to refine formats, posting times, and messaging. What You Bring 2–4 years managing multi-platform social media accounts (brand, agency, or creator side). Strong grasp of social lingo, algorithm shifts, and trend cycles. Ability to turn one idea into 5 different pieces of content across channels. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar. Strong copywriting skills with a knack for short-form, conversational tone. Analytical mindset: comfortable pulling insights from analytics dashboards. Organized, proactive, and able to balance creative flow with deadlines.
