The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks to support the Housing Repairs Team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy and excellent customer service in all processes.Key Responsibilities:Receiving inbound calls from customers reporting a faultLogging the fault on the database and coordinating contracts internal and external to resolve issueAssist in the processing information and updating databasesReplying to email enquiries and updating customers on the status if their issueCoordinating diaries with customers and contractorsMaintain accurate records and documentation.Ensure compliance with all safety issues are reported.Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and productivity.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills and happy in a high volume call handling rolePrevious experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.If you are a motivated individual with a keen interest in customer service and a commitm
