Our client are a dynamic and growing manufacturing business operating across Europe. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join their team on a part-time basis. Role Overview:The Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting financial decision-making and ensuring accurate reporting within the manufacturing operations. You will work closely with senior management to provide insights that drive efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reportsMonitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and marginsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementSupport cost control initiatives and identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with financial regulations and company policiesCollaborate with operational teams to provide financial guidance Requirements: Qualified or QBE (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)Proven experience in management accounting, ideally within manufacturingStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProficiency in accounting software and ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectively Open to different part time working patterns, but ideally no less than 30 hours this is a fantastic opportunity to join a real local success story, offering great benefits including bonus, study support if required (after qualifying period) and 20% home working.
