You will oversee all maintenance, gardening, and audits to identify and repair any faults, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for service users, staff, and visitors. Working with established site teams, you will lead on all maintenance-related tasks for Rosebank House, managing contractors and coordinating the upkeep of the service. You will be the main point of contact for all maintenance aspects at this location.
