About
Hi there! I run Madam Makery, a creative workshops company based in London. We design playful, cathartic arts workshops for teams, charities, and communities. I’m looking for a reliable assistant to help with LinkedIn lead research and outreach execution so I can focus on creative direction and business growth. 👉 Important: I will write all outreach messages myself, but there will be a need for light personalisation when people accept connections. Your role is about finding the right people and making sure outreach runs smoothly - no copywriting needed. Responsibilities: - Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted lead lists (corporates + charities). - Save leads into Sales Navigator lists (e.g. “Corporate London,” “Charities UK”). - Send connection requests and paste in messages I provide. - Keep a light company-tracking sheet updated (company name, segment, status, quick notes). - Provide a weekly activity summary (# invites sent, # accepted, # nudges sent, warm leads flagged). Requirements: - Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation. - Detail-oriented (no misspelled names or wrong roles). - Comfortable working with light Google Sheets tracking. - Clear communicator in English. - Ready to start ASAP Bonus Points: - Experience assisting solopreneurs or creative businesses. - Understanding of corporate/charity sectors in the UK. What I Offer: - Ongoing part-time work (5 hrs/week to start). - A very clear process (I’ll provide templates + workflow). Weekly check-ins, flexibility, and long-term collaboration if it works out. Budget: 💸 $15–18/hour (depending on experience). I will give you a small trial task before committing. How to Apply: Please include: - Your experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - A brief note on how you keep outreach organised. - An estimation of what 5 hours per week will result in within the first month - Your availability (hours/week). Anything else you’d feel relevant. Thanks!
