About the Role: As the Head of Finance, you will be the key financial decision-maker in the organisation, responsible for both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning. Your role will include: Full ownership of the finance function, reporting directly to the CEOPreparation and presentation of monthly management accounts and board-level financial papersOversight of bank reconciliations, payroll, and cash flow managementLeading the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring complianceAttending and contributing to Board meetings, offering clear financial insights and recommendationsWorking closely with the CEO to identify and assess growth opportunities, investment decisions, and financial strategyThis is a hands-on role that combines operational excellence with strategic leadership.
