Join our growing team! We are seeking an organized and motivated Credit Repair Virtual Assistant / Onboarding Specialist to support our clients through onboarding and credit restoration processes. This is a remote, flexible position—with both part-time and full-time options available. Key Responsibilities - Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is collected and questions are answered - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat regarding credit repair steps and updates - Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, agreements, and credit improvement plans - Track trends, deadlines, and progress, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution - Liaise between clients and internal staff as needed - Provide excellent, professional, and friendly customer service at all times - Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with care Qualifications - Prior experience in credit repair, virtual assistance, or onboarding support preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) - Customer-focused with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail - Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM systems, document management, and scheduling tools - Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently - Bilingual is a plus but not required Benefits - Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time) - 100% remote—work from anywhere - Training and growth opportunities
