Part-Time Finance Assistant We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of my established client's business.This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous experience in bookkeeping or finance administration who enjoys working accurately, independently, and as part of a small, collaborative team. The role offers genuine flexibility around working hours and would suit someone seeking a long-term, part-time position.Key Responsibilities: Assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping duties, including purchase and sales ledgerBank and credit card reconciliationsRaising and issuing invoices and monthly statementsSupporting credit control activitiesProcessing journalsAssisting with VAT returnsPreparing financial information for the year-end accountantProducing basic reports (e.g. debtors, profit and loss)Maintaining basic asset recordsWorking with Xero and Sage 50 Administrative Support Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the officeAnswering telephone calls and responding to email enquiriesOrdering office suppliesLiaising with suppliers as requiredProviding general administrative support to the Office Manager Skills & Experience Required GCSE Maths & English at grade C (or equivalent) or abovePrevious experience in a finance assistant or bookkeeping roleGood working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and WordFamiliarity with Xero and/or Sage 50Strong attention to detail and accuracyWell organised, methodical, and able to manage workload independentlyConfident and professional telephone mannerComfortable working in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Flexible part-tim
