Our client, a well-established charity in the heart of Windsor, is looking for a Part-Time Events & Marketing Coordinator to join their friendly and growing team. In this newly created role, you will play a key part in supporting the charity's events, marketing and communications activities. From helping to deliver high-quality events to assisting with content creation and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, you'll provide essential administrative, logistical, and creative support. Three days / 21 hours per week Salary for 21 hours is £19,800 (FTE salary is £33,000) Parking provided Key Duties: Assist in the planning, preparation and delivery of a wide range of events, including organising event materials, resources and suppliesCoordinating with venues, suppliers and speakersSupporting with on-the-day event deliveryPreparing images for marketing campaigns, website updates, social media, press releases and printed materialsCreating, editing and scheduling content for newsletters, websites, printed materials, and social media using tools such as Canva or similarDeveloping case studies and stories to support PR and media activityCarrying out general administrative tasks, including data entry, managing email communications and calendar managementSupport internal team communication and coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Key Skills: Previous events and marketing experience, preferably within the charity sectorStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skills, confident in creating and editing contentAbility to take direction and collaborate effectively within a small teamComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyFamiliarity with social media platformsProficiency
