About the Role:
Purple Rose Care is seeking a friendly, confident and community-minded Engagement & Outreach Coordinator to help strengthen our relationships with clients, staff, and the wider Greenwich community. This role is perfect for someone who loves meeting people, supporting others, and being involved in local life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build positive relationships with clients and families
• Engage with local community groups, charities and partners
• Attend local events to represent Purple Rose Care
• Support staff engagement and communication
• Assist with simple, light social media updates
• Maintain engagement logs and activity reports
Requirements:
• Must currently live in the Royal Borough of Greenwich
• Confident communicator
• Warm, approachable and people-focused
• Able to work independently
• Knowledge of local community and networks
Desirable:
• Experience in care, outreach, support work or community roles
• Experience assisting staff teams or client engagement
