Robert Half Finance & Accounting are supporting a business in South Bristol who are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Clerk on a part time basis to join their close knit, friendly team. This role will start initially on a temporary basis, with the view to becoming permanent. Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3 months temp, to become permanent Location: South Bristol & office based Salary: £35,000 FTE Working hours: 16 - 24 hours across the week. Flexible on working hours and days between Mon - Thurs Job Title: Credit Controller Responsibilities: Maintaining the sales ledger Contacting customer for payments due Inputting sales invoices - mainly at month endLooking after remittance advices Assisting with purchase ledger as and when required - to assist the wider team Experience/skills needed: Previous Credit Control experience High level of accuracyExcellent communication - Ability to communicate at all levels Ability to work well in a teamAbility to take prioritise and manage own workload Computer literate including ExcelPrevious experience of working in an SME environment - Desirable Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
