NLB Solutions are working with a multi site business that are looking for a credit control/sales ledger specialist to join an existing finance team and assist with collections across the business. The company offer the chance to work for 3 days a week and fit around other responsibilities for the successful candidate.The company offer a great environment and parking in the heart of town and a team that are well versed in the history of the debt that exists. With this role reporting in to the Finance Manager, there will be support to ensure that you get time to understand the requirements of the role.Duties: Raising invoices and credit notes in line with invoicing agreed timeframes Credit control, ensuring all queries are raised and followed through to resolution Self-funder deposit invoices & first period of invoices Raising sundry invoices for additional services Allocating sales receipts ensuring accurate debtors’ position is maintained. Managing Direct debits, setting up new customers, monthly collection uploads, following up any failed collections etc. Managing funds, ensuring accurate record keeping and balance monitoringData entry Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries Maintaining strong relationships with residents/families and internal stakeholders.Reviewing systems and processes and suggesting improvements where necessary Person Spec:Proven experience of credit control and sales ledgerGood communication skillsIdeally healthcare experienceGood systems and Excel skills
