Lickey Kitchen is looking for an experienced cook with a genuine café or breakfast-kitchen background.
If you have not worked in a traditional café preparing breakfasts, this role will not be suitable.
This role involves cooking full English breakfasts, handling the grill/fryer, running the kitchen during quieter periods, and assisting with occasional customer orders.

Hours
• Fixed shifts: Monday & Tuesday – 8:15am to 2:15pm
• Possible fixed Saturday shift depending on experience
• Additional hours available for holiday/sickness cover

Essential Requirements – Please Read Carefully
Applicants must have ALL of the following:
• 1–2 years’ recent experience in a café / breakfast-bar kitchen
(Not restaurants, hotels, catering, takeaways, or home cooking)
• Ability to cook traditional café food
(full English breakfast, grill work, fryers, toasties, paninis)
• Confident working independently when required
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safe kitchen practice
• Able to take phone orders and speak with customers when needed
• Comfortable handling and cooking pork products (bacon, sausages, black pudding)
