We are recruiting part-time Care Assistants across Pewsey (SN9) and East Wiltshire, including Pewsey, Marlborough, Devizes, Andover, Amesbury, Tidworth, and surrounding areas.

• Care Assistant Role
• As a Care Assistant, you will support older adults in their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity.

Care Assistant duties include

• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, mobility support)
• Meal preparation and support
• Medication assistance
• Companionship and emotional support
• Pet care and assistance with social outings and appointments
• Part-Time Working Hours
• Part-time hours based on your preferred regular availability
• Regular clients to support continuity of care, including paid introductions to clients before you start care visits.
• Rotas planned up to 6 weeks ahead
• Availability to work every other weekend is essential
• Pay & Benefits
• £12.70 per hour upon completion of the Care Certificate, with opportunities for pay progression based on the level of care delivered.
• Paid travel time
• Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
• 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)
• Pension scheme
• Full training provided – no previous care experience required
