Role Overview We are a London-based web optimisation agency looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our strategic partnerships initiative. This role is focused on building and nurturing relationships with complementary agencies (marketing, branding, video, etc.) and positioning our agency as the go-to outsourcing partner for funded tech startups. Key Responsibilities • Conduct daily outreach (personalized messages sent via LinkedIn, cold email, or referrals) to complementary agencies, prioritizing niches where we have strong case studies or social proof. • Secure appointments for the Managing Director to explore referral partnerships and collaborations. • Maintain regular communication with existing partners, reinforcing referral incentives and ensuring they remain engaged. • Draft and share proposals for both partnership opportunities and client engagements. • Research recently funded tech startups and run targeted campaigns positioning the agency as an outsourcing partner. • Track outreach efforts, responses, and pipeline in the CRM to ensure consistent follow-up. Qualifications & Skills • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within a B2B services or agency context. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach effectively. • Strong relationship-building and networking skills. • Ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach and partnership campaigns simultaneously. • Self-motivated and target-driven with a collaborative mindset.
