The Haslem Group are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartenders (18years old plus) to join our team at The Lark, Lisburn. As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests, providing attentive and efficient service.

Key responsibilities in this role:

Customer Service:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when needed.
• Serve beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address customer enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.

Food and Beverage Knowledge:

• Have knowledge and understanding of the menu, including ingredients/ allergens.
• Make suggestions and upsell items to enhance the guest experience.

Teamwork:

• Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless service and complete other tasks as required.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management.

Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow alcohol service policies and check identification when serving alcohol.

Cash Handling:

• Handle cash and payments accurately, including processing credit card transactions.
• Maintain a balanced cash register and provide change as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage service role preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
