This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations professional to join a fast-paced, regulated logistics environment where service delivery, team leadership and operational efficiency are key. The Role As Parcel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance, ensuring resources are managed effectively and contractual service levels are consistently achieved. You will lead and develop a team within a secure distribution setting, driving performance, compliance and customer satisfaction while contributing to overall site profitability and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisational skills, operational oversight and the ability to manage in a highly structured, process-driven environment.
