Do you have experience managing a team of Paraplanners and seeking your next role as Paraplanning Manager?Our client, is a national IFA firm who are looking for an experienced individual to manage a team of Paraplanners, acting as their line manager and ensuring the team produce efficient and accurate research and reports for their IFAs. This is a new role being created to help facilitate their growth as a business.As Paraplanning Manager, your responsibilities will include:Managing, training and developing your team of ParaplannersRecruiting new team members as and when requiredOperational management through managing staffing / workflow issues and resolving them quicklyProvide feedback and coaching to develop and enhance your teamUndertake periodic checks to ensure cases meet and exceed agreed standardsIdentify areas and processes which can be improvedAct as a go-to person for complex queries where appropriateEnsure your team and business are always ahead of regulatory changesThis is an excellent position for an individual looking to be within a management role within paraplanning.Paraplanning Manager RequirementsYou must hold your full Level 4 Diploma in Financial PlanningYou must have excellent knowledge and experience of paraplanning duties including thorough research and report writingYou should have experience within an IFA businessYou should have high accuracy and attention to detailYou should have experience of leading / managing 6+ ParaplannersParaplanning Manager BenefitsSalary of £49,000 - £67,000 depending on experience3 days office based in Bromsgrove and 2 days from homeVaried working times available of 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm to suit your schedulePlus comprehensive benefits including, contributory p
