Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Fleet) Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for that next step and want to join a supportive but dynamic Company that can provide a clear roadmap in terms of progression? As a ParaPlanner Team Leader, you’ll oversee a talented team while continuing to apply your technical expertise across the whole of market. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Paraplanners, ensuring high standards of delivery.Provide technical support across the full spectrum of financial planning.Contribute to complex cases, including Defined Benefit Transfers (experience advantageous but not essential).Collaborate with advisers and stakeholders to ensure seamless client service.Support the business through growth and change, including occasional travel to the central site in Hook. We’re looking for someone who: Has proven Paraplanning experience within the Wealth Management sector.Works confidently across the whole of market.Holds a Diploma in Financial Planning. If you are working towards Chartered Status or have completed the J09 module this would be advantageous.Is ready to progress from Senior or Technical Paraplanner into more of a leadership role.
