We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Paraplanner to join our Financial Planning team and work closely with our Head of Financial Planning. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in preparing client reports, conducting research, and ensuring the smooth delivery of financial planning services.If you have strong analytical skills, a passion for financial planning, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll Do:Provide administrative and technical support to the Head of Financial Planning.Gather and analyse client data, including income, assets, liabilities, and financial goals.Research in-house and third-party products (e.g., insurance and pensions), preparing initial analysis and recommendations.Draft client letters, proposals, reports, and research documentation within a strict ethical and compliance framework.Attend client meetings to provide technical and administrative support when required.Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and client service delivery.Track and follow up on outstanding proposals submitted to clients.Stay up to date with financial regulations, tax laws, and market trends.Support junior colleagues when needed, ensuring tasks are completed and queries resolved.Operate within compliance and corporate standards, including FCA rules and anti-money laundering regulations.What We’re Looking For:Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) preferred, or working towards qualification.Strong understanding of financial products, tax, pensions, and investment strategies.Familiarity with financial planning software (e.g., IO, Voyant, Genovo) is helpful but not essential.Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent commu
