This role is suitable for both experienced Paraplanners and trainees looking for a firm to support with their continued development. The Role As a Paraplanner, you will provide technical support to Financial Advisers, helping to deliver high-quality, compliant financial planning solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Producing suitability reports and financial recommendationsConducting detailed research across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planningAnalysing client objectives and financial dataSupporting advisers with complex casesEnsuring all documentation meets FCA and compliance standardsLiaising with advisers, administrators, and product providers About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a paraplanner or technical financial planning roleStrong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planningProgress toward or completion of Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (desirable)Excellent written communication and analytical skillsA high level of accuracy and attention
