We’re working with a boutique IFA practice based in Reading, seeking a skilled and motivated Paraplanner to support their growing team.The Opportunity:This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 4 qualified (or Chartered) Paraplanner with at least 5 years’ experience in an IFA environment. You’ll work closely with two experienced advisers, including one with over 25 years in the industry, supporting high-quality client relationships and contributing to the delivery of bespoke financial planning solutions.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed suitability reports and technical researchSupport advisers with client meeting preparation and follow-upConduct cashflow modelling using tools such as Voyant and CashCalcMaintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office (IO)Liaise with providers and clients to ensure smooth case progressionContribute to the development of internal processes and best practicesAbout You:Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Paraplanning role within an IFA firmDiploma Level 4 qualified (Chartered status preferred but not essential)Proficient with IO, CashCalc, Voyant, Octopus, Aviva, and other key platformsProfessional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a solicitor-level client experienceEager to grow within a collaborative and ambitious team</
