A well-established IFA firm in Marlow is seeking a mid-to-senior level Paraplanner to join their growing team.The Opportunity:You’ll work in a dedicated pod structure (1 Adviser, 1 Paraplanner, 1 Administrator), supporting an experienced Chartered Adviser and focusing on high-net-worth clients. This is a career paraplanner role, not a stepping stone into advice, ideal for someone who enjoys being client-facing and technically involved without the pressure of sales or new business targets.Key Responsibilities:Attend and support client meetings alongside advisersConduct in-depth research and write detailed suitability reportsPerform cashflow modelling and technical analysisCollaborate closely with administrators (no admin duties required)Maintain accurate records using industry-standard platformsAbout You:Level 4 qualified (or close to completion with a strong commitment to finish)Experienced in a paraplanning role, ideally within an IFA environmentConfident, self-sufficient, and adaptable to changeFriendly, professional, and a strong team playerComfortable in a client-facing capacityWhat’s on Offer:Competitive salary up to £50,000Annual bonus</
