The position is technically focused and offers exposure across a broad range of planning areas including pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning.Key responsibilities include:Conducting detailed financial analysis and cashflow modellingPreparing suitability reports and financial planning documentationSupporting advisers with technical research and recommendationsUsing financial planning and back-office systems to model scenariosEnsuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulationsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date client recordsAbout youQualified or working towards the CII Level 4 DiplomaStrong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and personal taxPrevious experience in a paraplanning or financial planning support roleHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsConfident communicator, both written and verbalComfortable working to deadlines in a regulated environmentWorking patternHybrid working is standard across the business: 3 days in the office, 2 days from homeThis structure is not flexible, but offers consistency and strong team collaborationCareer progressionThe firm is experiencing significant growth and offers clear long-term progression opportunities
