Job description Paramedic Practitioner: - Assess and manage acute patients - Assess and manage follow up patients - Develop skills to manage chronic patients (training provided) - Occasional home visits Support available onsite - Partners and salaried GP Home visits covered by PCN Minimal practice Admin forward thinking practice flexible clinic structure. Scope & Skills (Current or Developing) We welcome applicants with existing skills or a strong desire to develop in the following areas: Assessment and management of children of all ages Prescribing (or willingness to undertake training) Mental health consultations Long-term condition management Acute presentations in primary care Development Opportunity: Paramedics who are not yet prescribers will be supported to undertake the prescribing course, alongside mentorship and clinical supervision.
