Paralegal | Corporate M&A | UAE Experience essential We are proud to be working with a leading International Law Firm in Dubai as they are looking to hire an experienced Paralegal - Corporate M&A to join their strong practice which covers transactional M&A deals, private equity, venture capital, investment funds, corporate reorganisations and commercial work. The firm are well known for working within the tech space, sovereign wealth funds and private equity venture capital funds. You will work closely with other transactional teams such a Capital Markets, Funds and Private Equity.
