About the team and the work Work for a Partner who represents insurers and employers providing advice on liability, pursuing recovery of claims costs, and defending claims and common law actions. You will join an established and reputable group, who will support you in your development whilst working on complex and diverse matters. Some of your duties will include reviewing medical records, preparing correspondence, trial and appeal preparation including preparing briefs to counsel and liaising with counsel and chambers and assisting solicitors with day-to-day operations of files/client management. Previous paralegal experience is preferrable but not essential, ideally you will be a current law student in your 2nd or 3rd year of university. An ability to prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines and possess strong communication skills. Strong attention to detail with a methodical and logical approach is also essential.
