Then Ericsson's Technology & Products Legal Affairs team (TPLA) has the opportunity for you. TPLA is seeking an experienced and highly organized paralegal to support our global legal function. You'll work closely with senior legal counsel and cross-functional teams engaged in the development and deployment of next-generation telecommunications technologies. This role is central to TPLA's day-to-day operations. You'll manage workflows and processes, maintain legal templates and playbooks, organize documentation, and support internal knowledge systems. You'll assist with reviewing commercial agreements, coordinating cross-functional input, and handling matters related to data governance, including data handling terms and internal documentation. You'll also contribute to the team's responsible AI advisory work, supporting the development of tools and processes that embed legal, ethical, and governance considerations into emerging technology initiatives. This is a high-visibility role well-suited for a mid-career legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to deepen their expertise in a globally integrated legal team working at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation. What you will do Manage contract processes, including reviewing standard agreements and organizing stakeholder input Maintain legal templates, playbooks, and internal documentation across commercial, product, and data-related matters Support internal legal operations, including document management, knowledge sharing, and process improvement Assist with contract reviews and help identify key terms, obligations, and deviations from standard positions Coordinate input across legal, commercial, product, and technical teams to support transactions and projects Contribute to data governance workstreams, including documentation related to data use, transfers, and internal policies Support the preparation of legal training materials, internal guidance, and stakeholder communications Liaise with external counsel on engagements, documentation, and deliverables Track key legal and business developments relevant to TPLA's work, and support team research needs You will bring 5-8 years of experience as a paralegal or legal operations professional in a corporate legal department or law firm Proven experience supporting contract negotiation and lifecycle management, particularly in technology, telecom, or data-centric environments Working knowledge of legal concepts related to data handling, commercial transactions, and product development Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional stakeholders across legal, commercial, and technical teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with legal or contract management tools (e.g., CLM systems, SharePoint, document automation platforms) Paralegal certification, YH-examen, legal operations training, or equivalent legal education; law degree welcome but not required CIPP/E or other privacy/data certification is a plus Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus Application We look forward to your application with CV in English.
