Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their electrical assembly team with a skilled Panel Wirer. As a Panel Wirer, you'll be responsible for the assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical control panels and associated equipment in line with engineering drawings and technical specifications. You'll work as part of a close-knit production team, ensuring every product meets the highest quality and safety standards. Panel Wirer Roles and Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.Building and wiring control panels from start to finish.Crimping, soldering, and terminating cables and components.Mounting and connecting electrical components such as relays, contactors, switches, PLCs, and drives.Performing electrical testing and quality checks prior to despatch.Ensuring all work complies with relevant safety and quality standards.Working closely with design engineers and production supervisors to resolve build or wiring issues. Panel Wirer Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Panel Wirer, Electrical Assembler, or similar role in a manufacturing or engineering environment.Strong understanding of electrical control systems and components.Ability to read and work from detailed electrical drawings.Excellent attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
