Our client, a highly successful manufacturer of specialist equipment, is looking for Pallet Repair Operatives to join their team at their hub on the outskirts of Northampton.This role is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of outdoor yard work and indoor warehouse duties, paying £12.50 to £13.50 depending on experience.It is a physically demanding position that requires stamina, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace at all times.Key Duties: Pallet repair, dismantling, and rebuildingHeavy lifting and manual handling tasksPicking, packing, and general warehouse dutiesAssisting Forklift Drivers with pallet loadsProblem-solving and ensuring quality pallet standards This is a temporary role assisting the client with preparation for a warehouse relocation, so there may be additional duties to the above.Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in pallet repair, pallet wrecking, or similar warehouse experience.Hours of work are generally 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday but some flexibility will be required.If you've got previous warehouse experience, especially in pallet repair/wrecking, then don't miss this opportunity.
