We are a stealth-mode startup building an AI-powered executive insights platform designed to support leadership teams during business reviews across Sales, Product, and Customer Support. Our goal is to help operators make faster, sharper decisions using real-time, cross-functional insights. To ensure we’re solving real executive-level problems, we’re conducting paid 30–60 minute expert interviews with experienced SaaS COOs, VPs of Operations, and senior operations leaders. Who We’re Looking For We’re specifically seeking leaders who have: - Current or prior experience as a COO, VP of Operations, Head of Operations, or RevOps leader at a SaaS company for 2+ years - Direct ownership of executive business reviews and KPIs - Experience scaling operations in growth-stage or enterprise SaaS environments - Strong exposure to data-driven decision-making across multiple functions Areas of Experience We’re Interested In You’ve worked hands-on with initiatives such as: - Cross-functional business reviews (Sales, Product, Support) - Revenue operations & forecasting - Product delivery & roadmap alignment - Customer support operations & retention optimization - Executive reporting, dashboards & KPI design - Process automation & internal tooling - Capacity planning, staffing & organizational scaling What You’ll Get - Paid expert interview (rate agreed upfront) - Opportunity to shape a next-generation AI product for executive leadership - Optional early access as the platform evolves - Opportunity for commission based affiliate work later If you’ve led operations inside a SaaS organization and enjoy shaping practical tools for leadership teams, we’d love to speak with you.
