We’re looking for a Paid Ads Mentor & Strategist to join our DWY (Done-With-You) division and coach clients through the process of building and scaling profitable ad campaigns. (Note: Individual applicants only, no agencies.) Our agency supports over 300 clients, from fresh eCommerce startups to celebrity-led brands. The DWY programme gives clients the tools, strategies, and insights to manage their own ads successfully, with your expert support guiding them every step of the way. What You’ll Be Doing: Coaching clients on Facebook or Google Ads strategy Reviewing accounts, offers, and funnels to identify key opportunities Providing high-value feedback and implementation guidance Helping clients develop the mindset and skillset of professional media buyers What You Bring: Advanced understanding of Facebook & Google Ads Experience with direct response and performance marketing principles Strong communication and coaching ability, you can explain clearly and confidently Curiosity and passion for continuous learning and growth This role is perfect if you want to move beyond “doing” ads and into strategic coaching, influencing dozens of businesses every week through smart, actionable advice. 💼 Full-Time Position 💰 OTE: £35K–£40K PA 🌍 Fully Remote If you’re someone who loves ads, strategy, and helping others win, we want to hear from you. ➡️ Begin your application with the word Mentor to show attention to detail.
