The Role
We are looking to recruit a Packaging Artworker to join our growing creative team, replacing a valued team member who is relocating. This is a well-established, full-time role based in our Staffordshire office, with the potential for a hybrid working arrangement in the future.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team in a position that offers a great balance of creative and production-focused work, supporting a variety of packaging projects across our UK and European customer base. Reporting to the Creative Production Manager, you'll work on everything from initial creative concepts to final repro-ready artwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent artwork services for key retailer accounts
- Interpret and execute creative briefs as per project plans
- Manage and prioritise your own workload effectively
- Collaborate closely within a fast-paced creative artwork team
- Develop conceptual packaging artwork based on client requirements
- Produce high-quality, production-ready artwork for print and reprographics
- Work in tandem with our structural design team on larger creative campaigns
- Contribute innovative ideas to support the Group Marketing team
- Maintain energy, drive, and a passion for creativity in all tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Illustrator
- Strong artwork portfolio, ideally showcasing packaging artwork experience
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and highly organised
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects
- Experience with 3D visualisation tools preferred (e.g., Cinema 4D)
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline
- Ideal candidate to have 1 years’ experience within an artwork production role
- Minimum of 1 years office experience
