The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emailing and cold outreach strategies, with a proven track record of generating leads and driving sales. You will be responsible for coaching and training community members in effective outreach techniques, ensuring compliance with email marketing laws, and promoting business growth through strategic outreach. Who we're looking for - Cold Email Expertise: Proven experience running professional cold email campaigns with a track record of generating leads, driving sales, and achieving measurable results. - Advanced Outreach Skills: Deep understanding of email copywriting, deliverability, best practices (SPF, DKIM, avoiding spam), personalization techniques, and list building techniques. - Coaching & Training Experience: Background in coaching, mentoring, or training others in outreach or cold emailing—ideally within a business or entrepreneurial setting. - Strong Teaching Abilities: Ability to break down complex outreach tactics into clear, actionable steps for workshops and coaching calls. - Tech Proficiency: Experience using cold email tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Glockapps) -Results-Driven Mindset: Proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to guide members effectively. -Compliance & Best Practices: Understanding of email marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM) and ethical outreach strategies to ensure compliant and high-performing campaigns. -Passion for Business Growth: A strong desire to help entrepreneurs scale their businesses through strategic outreach. -High-Performance Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple coaching relationships in a fast-paced, results-driven program. -Industry Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with AI or automation industries is a plus, but expertise in cold emailing is the priority.
